Road Safety Trust Road Safety Innovation and Achievement Awards

The Road Safety Trust Road Safety Innovation and Achievement Awards recognise road safety innovations initiated by individuals, organisations and communities.

Entries are now open for the '07/08 Awards, with a ceremony to be held in Wellington during September 2008.

Entries close on August 4!

Can you show proven innovation, achievement, commitment and sustainability in your road safety initiatives?

Categories

There are five categories, with an overall Premier Award for the best of the best.

NB: Last year a ‘General’ category was included. The 2007/08 awards will again focus only on the five original categories, however the judging criteria have been expanded somewhat in order to fit a wide range of road safety initiatives.

Prizes

The winner in each award category will receive a cash prize of $2000, with the overall Premier Award winner receiving an additional $3000 cash prize. One representative of the winning entry in each award category will receive free travel to and from the awards ceremony in Wellington.
